The first graders are busy testing their pumpkin predictions. Does a pumpkin float or sink? How many seeds? What’s the circumference? How much does your pumpkin weigh?

What temperatures can volcanoes reach?
This week the 5th graders learned that Volcanoes are areas inside the planet that makes their way to the surface. They create new land like in Hawaii.
Answer: Volcano can get up to 1,250° Celsius.
Wear your CAMO and come and support the Bagley Volleyball teams for their last home game of the season!

100 years of fire prevention week.
Our preschoolers have been busy learning about fire safety which included touring the fire department.
Families talk to your children about escape plans and practice your home fire drill.
A BIG thank you to Bagley Volunteer Fire Department.

A big thank you to all the business and organizations that help during last weeks Big Wheels and Bike Rodeo. It was a successful event that provided children the opportunity to interact with the wide variety of businesses and vehicles that protect, serve, in the Bagley area. During this event kids and their parents had the opportunity to learn about bike safety, practice and develop their skills to become better bicyclists and learn to avoid typical crashes. Over 50 kids road away with new bikes and helmets. Families enjoyed the gorgeous weather while Galen’s grilled Stittsworth Brats. The Bagley Elementary, Essentia Health, First Care Foundation look forward to offering more family experience in the future.

Students will be coming home in the next couple days with an order form for an option of purchasing a Bagley Flyers Elementary t-shirt or sweatshirt.
Parents/Guardians can either fill out the paper form, and return to your child's classroom teacher, or fill out the online order form. More details on the order form.
Due date for these orders are Tuesday, October 4th by the end of the day.
